Production Process

There are two production processes for waterproof canvas. One is horizontal machine production, which is the heavy-duty large cylinder. Then pull on the dryer to dry, then trim, divide and pack. One is vertical machine production. The cloth is straightened into the raw material box and pulled out. The viscous material on the thatch cloth is high-purity PVC material, and then both sides are straightened by the machine knife. After that, it is dried in a dryer, trimmed, circled, and packaged. There are two kinds of dryers, one is electric burning and the other is boiler. The PVC coated canvas produced by the horizontal machine is cheaper than the PVC coated canvas produced by the vertical machine. The reason is that the raw material requirements of the horizontal machine are lower than that of the vertical machine. Any kind of rubber material can be put on and pressed, but vertical machine production cannot. The raw material requirements are high, and the raw material must have a certain degree of purity. PVC canvas produced by vertical machines is often slightly more expensive, and the purity of the canvas products is also high.
